Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

INHALE undertakes to deliver the products in perfect condition at the delivery address you indicate on the order form.Orders will not be delivered in post office boxes. In order to optimize delivery, we thank you for indicating an address where the order can be delivered during normal business hours. The delivery of the merchandise will take place at the address designated by you. In case of absence of the recipient, at the time of delivery, a voucher will be left stating how to proceed to arrange a new delivery. The postage derived from the shipments of the items purchased will be reflected at the final moment of the purchase. For the purposes of these Conditions, it will be understood that the "delivery" has taken place or that the product / s have been "delivered" at the moment of signing the receipt thereof at the agreed delivery address.

Delivery times:

We work with the following delivery times:

Austria: delivery in 72 hours.
Germany: delivery in 72 hours.
We will understand these delivery times in working days, from Monday to Friday,  before 5:00 p.m.

 

Order process:

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Orders placed on Fridays after 5:00 pm will be processed the following Monday. The Products in stock in the online shop will be processed and sent within 3 business days from the moment of receipt of payment. In case one or more of the products were not available, they would have an availability that generates conflict with the INHALE on-line store, which may require a late delivery, or for any other reason, I would contact you via e-mail to communicate this information. These deadlines are means, and therefore an estimate. Therefore, they may vary due to logistical reasons or force majeure. If for some reason we could not meet the estimated delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase by establishing a new delivery date or cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid. Keep in mind in any case that we do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.

Impossibility of delivery:

We reserve the right to withdraw any Product from our website at any time and / or remove or modify any material or content thereof. Although we will do everything possible to always process all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to reject the processing of an order after sending the order confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time, at our sole discretion. Return & Exchange Policy

Return policy:

Returns in exercise of the right to cancel the purchase All products purchased in "inhalegroup.com" may be returned and refunded, provided you inform us of your intention to return the product (s) purchased within a maximum period of 1 business day from the date of delivery and that the rest of the conditions established in this section are met.

inhalegroup.com will only accept returns that meet the following requirements:

The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered and must retain its original packaging and labeling.
The shipment must be made using the same cardboard protective box in which it has been received to protect the product. For the assumption that it can not be done with the protective box with which it was delivered, the CLIENT must return it in a protective box in order that the product reaches the INHALE Group warehouse with the maximum possible guarantees.
A copy of the invoice must be included in the package, where the returned products are also marked and the reason for the return.
After examining the article we will let you know if you are entitled to the refund of the amounts paid, for the items purchased. The refund will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date you notified us of your intention to withdraw. The refund will be made on the same credit card that was used to pay for the purchase, in case of purchases with a Card or in the same PayPal account used to make the payment, in the case of purchases with PayPal. You will assume the cost and risk of returning the products to us, as indicated above. There will be no change or return of those products that are not in the same conditions in which they were received, or that have been used beyond the mere opening of the product or those personalized items.

Returns of defective products

In the cases in which you consider that at the time of delivery the product does not comply with the provisions of the Contract, you must contact us immediately by means of our contact form or by e-mail, facilitating the data of the product as well as the damage it suffers, in some cases we will request to send us a photo of the damages. Once the notification is received,INHALE Group will contact you to inform you about how to proceed.

Return date:

Please return the item using its original packaging in addition to the instructions, documentation and packaging that may accompany it. Once the goods to be returned have been received, we will proceed to carefully examine the returned product and we will notify you by e-mail within a reasonable time if the return or substitution of the same (if applicable) is applicable. The return or replacement of the item will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days from the date on which we send you an email confirming that the return or replacement of the non-conforming item is appropriate. In the event that the product (s) can not be substituted, the amounts paid for those products that are returned, due to some defect or defect, when it actually exists, will be reimbursed in full, including shipping costs. Refunds and partial cancellations will result in partial reimbursement of the total amount paid for the entire order.
